What are the ingredients of kombucha?

What are the benefits of kombucha?
Kombucha is fully packed with naturally created probiotics during the fermentation.. it helps in aiding the digestive system and boosting immunity. it maintains the balance of your body creating a good ecosystem internally as it contains antioxidants, vitamins and organic acids which further also supports joint health, reduce blood sugar levels and act as a natural detoxifier.

How much kombucha shall we drink in a day?
Kombucha is a probiotic and shall be made accustomed to an individual's body with a slow start and gradually can be increased as per the choice. We suggest to start with around 80-100 ml per day for about 3-4 days as its a phase to introduce more good bacterias to your body.

Most importantly, does kombucha contains alcohol?
No, it has upto 0.5% of alcohol content that makes it a non-alcoholic product and it is very unlikely for kombucha to give you an alcohol high :), however, it is a great mixer if you like cocktails. VOILA !!

How shall we store Kombucha?
At all times, it must be kept in cold temperature / a chilled refrigerator between 33-37°F. Kombucha is a fermented drink and contains living probiotics and will start fermenting again if kept in warm temperature.
